Arbitration

If any dispute arises between BAREFOOT and you during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Barefoot. The place of arbitration shall be Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Arbitration law prevailing in Sri Lanka at the time of the arbitration process will be applicable with proceedings conducted in the English language.  

Governing Law

This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts in Colombo.
