Our store is operated by Barefoot Pvt.Ltd. ,  Barbara Sansoni Pvt Ltd.  Sansoni Warehouse Pvt. Ltd. all of which are henceforth referred to commonly as “Barefoot” for easy communication.

Through this  site you can browse, select and purchase Clothing (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”). In doing so, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rules below.  Barefoot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications.

Barefoot may amend this Agreement and/or Privacy Policy at any time by posting revised versions on the Site. All updates and amendments shall be reflected on our site immediately on amendment and will be effective at the time we post it on the Site, and in the event you continue to use our Site, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy expressed herein.

Barefoot is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of designer-quality goods offered at great values to the consumer. Our products use high quality fabrics and are handcrafted.

The offers made in those promotional emails or SMS/MMS shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Barefoot and Barefoot owes no responsibility to provide you any information regarding such change.

Pricing Policy

Prices are inclusive of all local taxes, where applicable, but not any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.
